Teams of the school played the NRW school chess state finals of the Schachjugend NRW in Hamm, a team tournament in which each school stands as one side and is ranked as a team, on 28 March 2025 (WK IV, place 3) and on 27 March 2026 (WK III, place 19). The school directory of the NRW ministry for schools lists the school at Ardeystr. 70-72, 44139 Dortmund.
