Clubs that meet on Tuesday 10

Tuesday is the club night of several towns at the edge of the region. Schachfreunde Schwerte 1951 and Schachverein Waltrop 1922 meet in the evening, and Schachgemeinschaft Hünxe in the Wesel district opens its evening to anyone who wants to play, with club tournaments alongside and a youth session before it. Schachgesellschaft Witten, SV Zeppelin Herne and the Recklinghäuser Schachverein Süd/Ost also list a Tuesday.

In the bigger cities Tuesday is often a youth day. The Oberhausener Schachverein 1887 trains its young players on Tuesday afternoons, Schachfreunde Brackel 1930 in the east of Dortmund runs a session for children, and in Essen-West the Listiger Bauer starts with juniors before the adults sit down; the Katernberg club in Essen holds a Tuesday training. Several of these clubs have a second evening, usually a Friday.
