A team of the school played the NRW school chess state final of the Schachjugend NRW in Hamm, a team tournament in which each school stands as one side and is ranked as a team, on 27 March 2026 (Grundschule, place 4). At the German school chess championships, WK G (primary school), 17 to 20 May 2026, the German chess youth lists the school’s team among the North Rhine-Westphalia entrants, 41st in the final standings. The school directory of the NRW ministry for schools lists the school at Tilsiter Str. 20, 45470 Mülheim an der Ruhr. The result pages are the only chess trace; no page of the school about chess was opened, so the entry stays unconfirmed.
