Teams of the school played the NRW school chess state finals of the Schachjugend NRW in Hamm, a team tournament in which each school stands as one side and is ranked as a team, on 28 March 2025 (WK III, place 41; WK II, place 45; WK IV, place 56) and on 27 March 2026 (Mädchen, place 8; WK III, place 44). The school directory of the NRW ministry for schools lists the school at Am Grillopark 24, 47169 Duisburg.
